Philosophy
In order to become part of the collection, our products must meet two criteria which we scrutinise prior to production.
- Cats accept the product, use it and visibly feel happy with it.
- Unusual design transforms a normal piece of furniture for cats into a “furniture showpiece”.
Product quality
Only the best is good enough for us. We use hardwearing felt made from pure new sheep's wool, high-quality, long-lasting fabrics, rattan wickerwork, leather and resilient metal for cat-interiors‘ design creations.
Production
We are keen to mention that cat-interiors' products are manufactured in Germany. We enlist manufacturing companies in Upper Franconia to produce our high-quality products. You do not receive a mass-produced product from an assembly line. Instead, you receive a design object which is largely hand-made! Cats would buy RONDO! RONDO was designed as furniture for both action and rest. Cats can fulfil their desire to play, sharpen their claws on the special scratch covers, sleep and climb.

RONDO design objects and furniture for cats were not designed as “scratching posts”. However, we know from our female cat “Frau Schmitt” that cats attach great importance to caring for their claws.
In order to allow cats to care for their claws in the best way possible and also to protect the RONDO models against unwanted scratch marks, cat-interiors provides an excellent alternative to the traditional sisal. RONDO scratch covers are made from high-quality, extremely hardwearing needle felt.
Replacements can be purchased individually at a later date and RONDO scratch covers are available in a choice of two colours, anthracite and light grey. These two shades harmoniously match all RONDO models.

RONDO WALL With RONDO WALL we developed a supreme climbing and living habitat for “Frau Schmitt” - our female cat with whom you are already familiar. Visitors always remark on the extraordinarily “beautiful objects” on the foyer wall of our office. That was inspiration enough to give the RONDO collection design-oriented features.
RONDO cushions are available in four different colours. The scratch covers made fromhardwearing needle felt are available in two colours.
Important: We felt it particularly important to ensure that there is no risk of injury. The screws for wall mounting are concealed and not accessible to the animals. Replacements for worn cushions and scratch covers can be purchased individually at a later date.

DAY BEDs The DAY BED collection comprises three basic designs - BOWL, CROWN (fitted in each case with a cosy cushion) and DIVAN (designed as a large cushion). Given that cats like to be nice and warm, DAY BEDs are optionally available with heating. When it comes to cover fabrics, series of snuggle tests during product development found a clear winner. High-quality brushed wool fleece was chosen - cats love it!
The fluffy cushion covers are available in four beautiful colours - cream, graphite, light blue and red. By varying the basic designs you will find the ultimate design combination for your cat at cat-interiors! The filling for all our cushions was developed specially for cats. We use a non-allergenic flaked latex filling. When weight is placed on it, it forms a hollow which will have cats purring with pleasure.
